Who We Are & What We Do

MDSL, a registered charity since 2011, is committed to rebuilding the lives of communities in the Northern and Eastern provinces of Sri Lanka that endured the devastating effects of a 30-year civil war, which finally ended in 2009. We are dedicated to empowering the most vulnerable members of these communities through education and sustainable development.
